The rule asks for a signed attestation that production stays in New Mexico, and, for a tenant, a signed statement from the property owner. It gives the content of each and no form. Both documents quote the rule's operative words and add only the identification a reader needs: who, which permit, which property, who signed, when. The owner's statement states the two things the rule requires the owner to acknowledge, participation as a permittee and what the permit allows, and describes what a permit allows in the rule's own terms. Notarization is not required by the rule; a notary block is included because a landlord's lawyer will often ask for one. Dates are left blank for signing.
