New Mexico medical psilocybin program · producer and laboratory permits under 7.35.2 NMAC
Pathways to a permit
The rule names what an applicant has in hand; these pages say where each item comes from, agency by agency, starting with the City of Santa Fe and Santa Fe County. Every step is cited to the rule or to the page of the agency that administers it, with the date it was read. What the rule leaves unsaid is said to be unsaid.
Created September 7, 2026. Sources read that day. The rules site carries the rule's own list; this site carries the way to each item.
The Department of Health began accepting producer permit applications on August 17, 2026, at mpp.nm.btgov.com, with no deadline and review in order of submission. The rule that governs the permit, 7.35.2 NMAC, has been in effect since June 23, 2026. It asks for twelve records from every applicant and one more from a producer, and it defines none of them; each is issued by a state agency, a city, or a county with its own process, fee, and clock.
